| Design Notes | I knew that this month I wanted to create some sort of global expression and though the original image is of an orange slics in a floral shape I wanted to reflect it as a representation of life. Hence, the global scene of life on earth. Yet as I reviewed the final image, I decided to call it "Filtered Earthscape" to signify that the filters through which we all see life. There are many filters that people use and as many perceptions of our world as there are people on it. We can choose to see this earth as one of global decay or one of a blossoming community. It is this filter of a blossoming global community which I have captured here. It is the image I hope that 'others' would see us rather than those acts of hate which are more powerful and more dynamic than the burgeoning life of care and love that we have for each other.
